A Business Builder is intrapreneurial - an entrepreneur within the ecosystem (Techcombank, Masterise Group and One Mount Group)
They are agile in both skill set and mindset, able to move fluidly across industries.
They know how to build on ideas — shaping, scaling, and turning them into tangible outcomes.
