Tại thời điểm đủ điều kiện trả thưởng, ứng viên được giới thiệu chưa có đơn đề nghị chấm dứt HĐLĐ/ Quyết định nghỉ việc tại Techcombank

Trong trường hợp nhiều CTV giới thiệu 1 ứng viên vào nhiều vị trí, quyền sở hữu ứng viên thuộc về CBNV giới thiệu ứng viên vào đúng vị trí mà ứng viên được tiếp nhận
Trong trường hợp 1 CTV giới thiệu 1 ứng viên vào nhiều vị trí, quyền sở hữu ứng viên được tính tại vị trí đầu tiên mà ứng viên được giới thiệu

Tôi giới thiệu vị trí khác với vị trí ứng viên tiếp nhận chính thức thì tôi có được trả thưởng không?

Không, 1 trong những Điều kiện xét trả thưởng là Ứng viên được tiếp nhận đúng vị trí được giới thiệu tại thời điểm gia nhập ngân hàng.

Tôi có thể giới thiệu 1 ứng viên vào nhiều vị trí tuyển dụng của Techcombank không?

Được.Tuy nhiên bạn nên lựa chọn job phù hợp nhất để giới thiệu đầu tiên vì trong trường hợp 1 CTV giới thiệu 1 ứng viên vào nhiều vị trí, quyền sở hữu ứng viên được tính tại vị trí đầu tiên mà ứng viên được giới thiệu.

Nếu tôi không biết phải giới thiệu ứng viên vào vị trí nào thì tôi nên làm thế nào

Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ về hòm mail Gioithieu-nhantai@techcombank.com.vn Bộ phận tuyển dụng sẽ hỗ trợ bằng cách đưa ra 1 vài gợi ý. Bạn vẫn là người có quyền quyết định duy nhất việc chọn vị trí để giới thiệu ứng viên.

Sau bao lâu thì tôi mới nhận được tiền thưởng của chương trình?

Giải thưởng được xét phê duyệt trong vòng 15 ngày làm việc đầu tiên của tháng tiếp theo sau khi ứng viên hoàn thành thử việc và được tiếp nhận chính thức
Giải thưởng được chi trả trong vòng 30 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày giải thưởng được xét phê duyệt

Sau khi ứng viên gia nhập thì tôi có cần phải làm gì để nhận được tiền thưởng không?

Bộ phận tuyển dụng thông báo đầy đủ các thủ tục cần làm gì để được thanh toán thưởng (nếu trường hợp giới thiệu của bạn là hợp lệ):
- Sau khi ứng viên trúng tuyển và hồ sơ được xác định hợp lệ, Techcombank gửi Phiếu xác nhận giới thiệu ứng viên. Bạn cần hoàn thiện và gửi lại muộn nhất trong ngày làm việc thứ 3 kể từ ngày ứng viên hoàn thành thử việc và được tiếp nhận chính thức

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Eg: Tìm kiếm, nhận diện KH tiềm năng và tư vấn các sản phẩm, dịch vụ trực tiếp nhằm mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho Khách hàng.
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng đầy đủ các tính năng sản phẩm, các khoản phí lãi và hồ sơ phải cung cấp ( nếu có) theo quy định, chính sách sản phẩm từng thời kỳ.
- Cập nhật thông tin về sản phẩm, quy trình/ quy định, chương trình Marketing, các chiến dịch bán hàng mới

Scrum Master

I. Job Purpose

- The job holder upholds and promotes Scrum by helping Squads / Scrum Teams and stakeholders understand and apply Scrum values, theory, rules and practices.
- The job holder serves as a conduit between product owners and development teams to achieve specific milestones and deliverables.
- The job holder provides servant leadership for Squads / Scrum Teams and helps stakeholders understand the best interaction with Scrum Teams

II. Key Accountabilities

. Scrum Standards and Efficiency for Squads
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review/showcase, sprint retrospective) for 3-4 squads.
- Discuss open issues, status and roll forward action items (focus on process-oriented issues)
- Help team members to use and navigate agile tools and software (Confluence, Jira, Slack, Trello, PPM).
- Map out execution plans and communicate roles, responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables and schedules for tribes and squads.
- Support Product Owners on features backlog, prioritization and release planning that will realise the greatest business value.
- Facilitate squads or project teams to think out-of-the-box and collaborate to improve efficiency and velocity.
- Facilitate technical and product roadmap creation for teams.
- Guide teams for continuous improvement momentum and clear obstacles to help them meet delivery timelines.

B. Coaching and Training
- Work with Agile Coach to drive overall coaching program for squads.
- Help teams make mindset shifts for high performance through coaching conversations and role play exercises.
- Develop and implement different retrospective formats to promote fun and engaging team events.
- Help squads identify gaps between current practices and Agile and Lean values, principles and practices.

Key Accountabilities (3)
- Use concepts of game thinking and game mechanics to engage users in problem solving.
- Deliver basic to intermediate level training on agile and scrum methodologies.
- Coach squads on self-organization cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to increase Agile / Scrum application in Tribes, the Transformation Office and across the Bank.

III. Qualification and Experiences

- At least 7 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or Project Management in a leading bank or fintech organization
- Knowledge of technical engineering best practices (test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps) will be advantageous
- Experience in Digital Marketing and UI/ UX Design will be advantageous
- Experience planning and facilitating multiple team working sessions
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Scrum Master leading Scrum Teams.
- Experience planning and facilitating team working sessions.
- Experienced with concepts of iterative and incremental development.
- Experienced with process improvement and LEAN methodologies.
- Proficient in one or more Agile tools (Confluence, Jira, Slack, Trello, PPM).

- Quản lý trực tiếp danh mục khách hàng ưu tiên được giao theo quy định đối với phân cấp Gold PRM của Trung tâm Dịch vụ Ngân hàng Ưu tiên trong từng thời kỳ, cung cấp cho khách hàng các sản phẩm và Dịch vụ Ngân hàng Ưu tiên (“DVNHƯT”)

QUẢN LÝ QUAN HỆ KHÁCH HÀNG ƯU TIÊN (PRM)

1. KHÁCH HÀNG: CUNG CẤP GIẢI PHÁP TÀI CHÍNH PHÙ HỢP VỚI NHU CẦU CỦA KHÁCH HÀNG
- Khai thác thông tin, phân tích and đánh giá nhu cầu khách hàng để hiểu mục tiêu tài chính toàn diện của khách hàng dựa trên am hiểu khách hàng cá nhân, am hiểu phân khúc and tiểu phân khúc và am hiểu danh mục
- Phân tích các sản phẩm/ dịch vụ KH đang sử dụng, các chỉ số tài chính khách hàng để đánh giá được sức khỏe tài chính của khách hàng
- Chăm sóc giao dịch, tư vấn giải pháp, đề xuất các sản phẩm dịch vụ dành cho Khách hàng ưu tiên phù hợp với mục tiêu và nhu cầu tài chính và phong cách sống của khách hàng
- Quản lý, chăm sóc danh mục khách hàng ưu tiên được giao định kỳ and đánh giá được hiệu quả danh mục khách hàng.
- Xây dựng mạng lưới khách hàng, mở rộng các quan hệ từ tệp khách hàng sẵn có để khai thác, tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng.

2. DỊCH VỤ: CUNG CẤP DỊCH VỤ NGÂN HÀNG ƯU TIÊN VỚI TRẢI NGHIỆM KHÁCH HÀNG XUẤT SẮC
- Trực tiếp tiếp nhận and thực hiện các yêu cầu về giao dịch của khách hàng, hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan, xử lý theo SLA để đưa đến trải nghiêm dịch vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng
- Liên tục cập nhật cho khách hàng các tính năng mới, lợi ích mới của SPDV khách hàng đang sử dụng, các chính sách, quy định có tác động đến tài sản khách hàng và thông tin thay đổi của thị trường, xu thế
- Cung cấp các giải pháp dịch vụ tổng thể cho các khách hàng đáp ứng tối đa các nhu cầu giao dịch, tiết kiệm, tín dụng, đầu tư, bảo hiểm của khách hàng
- Ghi nhận and phản hồi ý kiến của khách hàng về SPDV và đề xuất các giải pháp để nâng cao tiêu chuẩn chấtlượng dịch vụ cho khách hàng ưu tiên

3. HỆ THỐNG: TUÂN THỦ VẬN HÀNH and QUẢN LÝ RỦI RO
- Thực hiện nhận biết thông tin khách hàng (Amlock, KYC, SA...) cũng như các dấu hiệu cảnh báo trước, trong và sau khi giao dịch của khách hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy trình, quy định của Techcombank và pháp luật
- Thực hiện công việc theo đúng chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn nội bộ... và cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLAs)
- Tuân thủ đầy đủ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ dành cho vị trí và các nội quy quy định khác của Ngân hàng theo từng thời kỳ
- Quản lý rủi ro tín dụng, rủi ro vận hành trên danh mục khách hàng
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận/ đơn vị trong chi nhánh and nội bộ Techcombank đảm bảo thực hiện giao dịch và yêu cầu của khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng and triệt để

4. NHÂN SỰ: PHÁT TRIỂN CON NGƯỜI VÀ VĂN HÓA TỔ CHỨC
- Quản lý việc triển khai kế hoạch cá nhân (PDP) để nâng cao hiệu quả công việc và phục vụ cho việc phát triển bản thân.
- Tuân thủ các chương trình đào tạo, tập huấn theo yêu cầu của TCB.
- Đóng góp vào các hoạt động xây dựng and phát triển văn hóa tổ chức.
- Luôn có thái độ cởi mở chia sẻ thông tin với người khác and tinh thần sẵn sàng đón nhận thay đổi

- Xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh and phát triển khách hàng, thực hiện bán tăng/ bán chéo sản phẩm dựa trên danh mục khách hàng được giao để tối ưu hóa lợi ích của khách hàng và đạt được các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao.

- Trình độ tiếng Anh: Có chứng chỉ Tiếng Anh Toeic (hoặc tương đương) thỏa mãn quy định của Ngân hàng từng thời kỳ

Solution Architect

I. Job Purpose

I. Job Purpose

1. Develop Risk policy framework to ensure conformity with SBV regulations and banking orientation

I. Job Purpose
