Key Accountabilities

Data Architecture
- Deliver functionality required for business and data analysts, data scientists and other business roles to advance the overall analytic performance and strategy of the bank
- Build the best practices and strategies for data infrastructure to fulfill data analytic and utilization needs of the business with emerging latest technologies and capabilities.

Mục tiêu

Thực tập sinh Kỹ thuật phần mềm (DE Intern) tham gia vào công việc phát triển phần mềm thực tế dưới sự hướng dẫn của các chuyên gia/mentor, nhằm học hỏi và tích lũy kinh nghiệm trong toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm (phân tích yêu cầu, lập trình, kiểm thử, lập tài liệu). Chương trình hướng tới việc đào tạo từ công việc thực tế, đồng thời góp phần giảm tải khối lượng công việc cho đội ngũ Dev hiện tại. Đây là nguồn tuyển dụng chính cho vị trí Chuyên viên (Officer): thực tập sinh đạt tiêu chí đánh giá sau tối thiểu 6 tháng sẽ được xem xét trở thành nhân viên chính thức. Yêu cầu

Đối tượng:

Job Purpose: Deliver assigned quality engineering activities for applications and technology products. Design and execute effective tests, identify defects, and support reliable releases while developing capability across both manual and automated testing.

Key Accountabilities (1) – Quality Engineering Delivery:

Prepare test designs, scenarios, cases, scripts, data, tools, devices, and environments.
Review unit test results and requirements to define functional and data test coverage.
Deploy release candidates to test environments and perform smoke and sanity checks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Telecoms, Finance, Banking, or related field.
English proficiency per TCB requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering (manual, automation, API, web, mobile, data, or performance).
Working knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent.
Practical SQL and test-data validation skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
Experience with: Postman/Insomnia/SoapUI (API); Selenium/Katalon (UI automation); JMeter/k6/Gatling (Performance); Karate + Playwright (Frameworks); Git and CI/CD.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; communicate quality risks clearly.

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERN

MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

Thực tập sinh Kỹ thuật phần mềm (DE Intern) tham gia vào công việc phát triển phần mềm thực tế dưới sự hướng dẫn của các chuyên gia/mentor, nhằm học hỏi và tích lũy kinh nghiệm trong toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm (phân tích yêu cầu, lập trình, kiểm thử, lập tài liệu). Chương trình hướng tới việc đào tạo từ công việc thực tế, đồng thời góp phần giảm tải khối lượng công việc cho đội ngũ Dev hiện tại. Đây là nguồn tuyển dụng chính cho vị trí Chuyên viên (Officer): thực tập sinh đạt tiêu chí đánh giá sau tối thiểu 6 tháng sẽ được xem xét trở thành nhân viên chính thức. 1. Học việc & Tham gia Phát triển Ứng dụng (dưới hướng dẫn của mentor)

Tham gia lập trình, phát triển các thành phần phần mềm theo yêu cầu chi tiết đã được giao và hướng dẫn.
Làm quen và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng, khả năng mở rộng và bảo mật do Techcombank đặt ra.
Chủ động học hỏi công nghệ, framework và quy trình làm việc thực tế của đội.

2. Đảm bảo chất lượng và cải thiện kỹ năng lập trình

Viết mã rõ ràng, tuân theo coding convention và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của Techcombank.
Tiếp thu phản hồi từ code review để cải thiện chất lượng và kỹ năng.

3. Kiểm thử và Debug

Thực hiện kiểm thử cơ bản: unit test, integration test dưới sự hướng dẫn.
Phối hợp với nhóm QE để phát hiện và khắc phục lỗi phần mềm.
Từng bước làm quen với test automation.

4. Tài liệu kỹ thuật & Học tập

Hỗ trợ tạo và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật: đặc tả API, tài liệu thiết kế, hướng dẫn lập trình.
Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ học tập/đào tạo được giao trong chương trình thực tập.

CLOUD ENGINEER

Key Accountabilities

1. Quản lý và điều hành công việc:
- Phân tích nhu cầu của các đơn vị và giúp họ lựa chọn công nghệ đám mây phù hợp.
- Thiết kế cho các đơn vị/ dự án trong ngân hàng về các giải pháp công nghệ dựa vào công nghệ đám mây.
- Làm việc với đối tác để triển khai các giải pháp đám mây
- Cân nhắc hiệu quả những rủi ro tiềm ẩn của các giải pháp công nghệ đám mây
- Hỗ trợ triển khai các giải pháp đám mây một cách an toàn và bảo mật
- Thực hiện kiểm tra đánh giá hiệu quả của công nghệ đám mây vào trong các giải pháp công nghệ
- Thông qua việc đánh giá liên tục các mối đe dọa và lỗ hổng bảo mật trên đám mây , đưa ra các đề xuất, cải tiến và nâng cao khi cần thiết.

- Nhận biết các rủi ro và phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để đề xuất phương pháp đo lường và giảm thiểu các rủi ro trong hoạt động.

- Kinh nghiệm với container/microservice/container orchestration/kubernetes (k8s)

1. IT Operational Risk Management & Control Assurance:
Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of IT operational risks across systems, processes, and ecosystem interactions.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications:

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and learn effectively, TOEIC 550 (expected level).
