Mr. Jens had 5 years of orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program with the positions of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank. Earlier, Dr. Lottner was elected Partner in McKinsey & Company in Germany prior to being a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee and holding positions of Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore.

Ms. Nikki has 29 years of international experience in the field of Banking & Finance, Real Estate, and HRM as Operations Manager at Bank of America, Director of Human Resources at National Credit Exchange, Resolution & Receivership Specialist at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Senior Vice President-cum-Director HR at Bank of California. 

Mr. Pranav has over 18 years of organizational transformation in technology, consulting, and banking industries throughout the world. Having worked for OCBC Bank, Singapore, Mr. Pranav held a Senior Vice President and Head of Digital & Innovation. Prior to OCBC Bank, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company with various achievements in large-scale transformation.

Mr. Tuan has over 24 years of experience in Technology and Management. He held senior management positions at Citibank N.A.  Prior to Citibank N.A, he was the Chief Information Officer of Claim Division at Travelers Insurance, Chief Technology Officers at Finastra, Las Vegas Sands, Wolters Kluwer, and General Electric.

Mr. Santhosh has over 20 years of global experience in the areas of Data technology, Governance, Analytics & Monetization. He used to be the Managing Director & Global Head, Digital Foundation Technology at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. Earlier, he held various senior leadership roles including Vice President and the Head of the development team that pioneered the world’s first touch screen paperless on-boarding systems at Citibank both in Japan & Singapore.

Mr. Phung Quang Hung has a master’s degree in international business from Washington State University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). In addition to his experience at Techcombank, he has many years of management experience, worked at international banks, including previous positions, such as: Head of IT and Operations at ABN AMRO Vietnam and Business Partner at the National Australia Bank, London. Mr. Phung Quang Hung joined Techcombank in September 2010 as Head of the Operations and Technology Division before being appointed Managing Director and Head of the Customer Service and Financial Advisory Division (CSA) on January 13, 2020.

Mr. Alexandre Macaire holds a degree in Actuarial Finance from France’s National School of Statistics and Economic Administration. He also gained degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Political Affairs from Ecole Polytechnique and Institute of Political Studies.
Mr. Macaire joins Techcombank from HSBC, where he worked for 15 years in senior leadership roles across Investment Banking, Capital Management and Finance. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Wealth and Personal Banking Asia Pacific, which is one of HSBC’s top-priority business divisions. In this role, he helped scale up manufacturing and distribution capabilities across the region and expand into new products and channels, contributing to HSBC’s #1 Wealth Manager ambition in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan has a Master’s degree in Business Management in University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a bachelor’s degree from Banking Academy of Vietnam. He was appointed to Chief Retail Banking Group Officer in January, 2024.
With rich experience in the fields of banking services for individual and corporate customers, Mr. Tuan will continue to promote the journey of making Techcombank become the leading Retail Bank in Vietnam.
He has joined Techcombank since 2006 and held various executive positions: Regional Director; Deputy Head of Business Banking Division; Head of Customer and Service Advisory Division; Omni-Channel Director; Deputy Chief Retail Banking Group Officer before taking on the current post.

Koustuv is a senior leader with 24 years of experience in Financial Services, focusing on Data Science, AI, and Business Analytics. He has held leadership roles at Standard Chartered, Barclays, HSBC, and currently leads Advanced Analytics at Techcombank. His work spans markets across South Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Koustuv holds an MSc in Business Analytics from NYU and a certification in Machine Learning from UT Austin. He has driven digital transformation and partnered with FinTechs to deliver data-led innovation in banking.
