DR. JENS LOTTNER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Lottner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank on August 18, 2020.
 
Before joining Techcombank, Dr. Lottner was Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank for 5 years. During his tenure, he held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Data Officer, designing and orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program towards more customer centricity. His last role at Siam Commercial Bank was Chief Financial Officer.
 
Dr. Lottner began his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992 in Germany, where he was elected Partner in 2000. He moved to Malaysia in 2001 and to Singapore in 2005, where he was a Senior Partner leading McKinsey’s financial services practice in ASEAN until 2012. He simultaneously led its Asia Pacific Risk Management Practice and was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Lottner was Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore, heading its financial services practice across ASEAN.
 
Dr. Lottner holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and attained a Diploma in Economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.

MR. NGUYEN XUAN MINH

Head of Investment Banking Division – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities

Mr. Xuan Minh has more than 20 years of experience in fund management and investment banking, including in previous positions such as CEO of Vietnam Asset Management Ltd. (VAM) and Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton Investments under Mark Mobius in Singapore.
 
He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance & Investment from Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA), and an M.S. in Science, Oil & Gas – Mechanical Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Russia). He is a CFA Charterholder.

MS. VEO NGUYEN

Chief People Officer Techcombank

Ms. Veo Nguyen is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Techcombank and its subsidiaries, where she leads the end-to-end people agenda. She has played a pivotal role in Techcombank’s multi-year transformation journey, driving key initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR operating model redesign. Veo previously led the HR Business Partner Function for the bank and was instrumental in embedding cross-entity talent mobility, GenAI adoption in HR, and ecosystem capability building.
Since joining Techcombank in 2019, she has contributed to both strategy and execution — first as a founding member of the bank-wide HR Transformation initiative under the Strategy Division, and then as the head of Enterprise Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Prior to Techcombank, Veo spent 8 years in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory in Singapore, focusing on strategic hiring and organizational development for clients across financial services and professional industries.

MS. NGUYEN THU LAN

CHIEF CORPORATE AND INSTITUTIONAL BANKING GROUP OFFICER

Ms. Nguyen Thu Lan has a bachelor’s degree in Banking Industry from National University of Economics. She was appointed to Chief Risk Officer in December, 2023.
Ms. Lan joined Techcombank in 2001, and has made outstanding contributions to the Bank's success in many executive positions such as Head of Risk Governance; Chief Credit Officer; Chief Risk Officer.

MS. NGUYEN VAN LINH

CHIEF PRIVATE BANKING OFFICER

Ms. Van Linh joined Techcombank in 2007 and currently serves as Deputy Chief Retail Banking Group Officer (RBG). Throughout her nearly 20-year tenure with the Bank, she has held a number of key leadership positions across both Corporate Banking and Retail Banking. She has been one of the key leaders contributing significantly to the development of the Bank’s retail customer strategy, helping to establish a customer-centric business model, strengthen segment-based business capabilities, and lay the foundation for the sustainable growth of the Retail Banking Group, as well as the development of the Private Banking model.
In addition, Ms. Linh has led numerous strategic transformation initiatives that have delivered far-reaching impact across the Bank’s operations. Notable initiatives such as Real Estate Value Chain and Auto Earning have not only enhanced customer experience and value proposition but have also contributed to improving business performance, strengthening governance capabilities, and supporting the successful execution of the Bank’s strategic objectives over the year
