DR. JENS LOTTNER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Lottner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank on August 18, 2020.
 
Before joining Techcombank, Dr. Lottner was Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank for 5 years. During his tenure, he held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Data Officer, designing and orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program towards more customer centricity. His last role at Siam Commercial Bank was Chief Financial Officer.
 
Dr. Lottner began his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992 in Germany, where he was elected Partner in 2000. He moved to Malaysia in 2001 and to Singapore in 2005, where he was a Senior Partner leading McKinsey’s financial services practice in ASEAN until 2012. He simultaneously led its Asia Pacific Risk Management Practice and was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Lottner was Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore, heading its financial services practice across ASEAN.
 
Dr. Lottner holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and attained a Diploma in Economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.

MR. NGUYEN XUAN MINH

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh has over 25 years of experience across investment management, fund management and fintech, with an international career spanning Vietnam, Singapore and Australia.

He has been involved in building and developing financial technology platforms, including investment analysis systems at Franklin Templeton and Vietnam Asset Management, as well as TCInvest at Techcom Securities. Prior to becoming Executive Chairman of Techcom Securities, he co-founded Vietnam Asset Management and spent nearly 10 years with Franklin Templeton Emerging Market Group in Singapore as Senior Vice President and Fund Manager.

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance and Investment and is a CFA Charterholder, bringing together deep investment expertise, entrepreneurial experience and a strong technology-driven mindset.

MS. VEO NGUYEN

Chief People Officer Techcombank

Ms. Veo Nguyen (Nguyen Le Thao Nguyen) is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Techcombank and its subsidiaries, where she leads the end-to-end people agenda.

She joined Techcombank in Nov 2019 to lead the first phase of the HR Transformation initiative under the Strategy Division before transitioning to lead the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for the bank-wide talent acquisition strategy and execution agenda since Oct 2020.

Prior to Techcombank, she had 8 years of experience in the Executive Search industry in Singapore, focusing on recruitment and consulting services for Project and Business Transformation functions. She partnered with major clients across banking, financial services, and management consulting.

She graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and Organisational Psychology from Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) and is a Certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner.

MS. NGUYEN THU LAN

Vice ChairWoman

Ms. Nguyen Thu Lan has 25 years of leadership experience across Corporate & Institutional Banking, Retail Banking and Risk Management at Techcombank.

Most recently, as Chief Corporate & Institutional Banking Group Officer, she led the transformation of CIBG towards a more specialized, accountable and execution-focused operating model, drawing on her deep expertise across business growth and risk management.

She currently serves as Vice Chairwoman of Techcombank’s Board of Directors, supporting the Bank’s strategic direction and sustainable growth.

MS. NGUYEN VAN LINH

CHIEF PRIVATE BANKING OFFICER cum DEBUTY CHIEF PRBG OFFICER

Ms. Van Linh joined Techcombank in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Private Banking Office and Deputy Chief Private Retail Banking Group Officer (PRBG). Throughout her nearly 20-year tenure with the Bank, she has held a number of key leadership positions across both Corporate Banking and Retail Banking. She has been one of the key leaders contributing significantly to the development of the Bank’s retail customer strategy, helping to establish a customer-centric business model, strengthen segment-based business capabilities, and lay the foundation for the sustainable growth of the Retail Banking Group, as well as the development of the Private Banking model.

In addition, Ms. Linh has led numerous strategic transformation initiatives that have delivered far-reaching impact across the Bank’s operations. Notable initiatives such as Real Estate Value Chain and Auto Earning have not only enhanced customer experience and value proposition but have also contributed to improving business performance, strengthening governance capabilities, and supporting the successful execution of the Bank’s strategic objectives over the year.

MS. PHAN THI HAI YEN

Chief CIBG Officer Techcombank

Joining Techcombank in 2009, Ms. Yen brings over 16 years of experience, having held key senior leadership roles across core business divisions. For many consecutive years, she has achieved an outstanding track record in leading front-line teams and directly managing strategic clients, contributing significantly to CIBG’s growth and the Bank’s overall development. She exemplifies exceptional success driven by resilience, relentless effort, and an unwavering commitment to a shared goal – a sustainably growing Techcombank.
